Acceptance of any sponsorship is at the discretion of the affilCars. The affilCars will not accept any sponsorship unless it can be used or expended consistently for the purpose stated on affilCars.
The affilCars will refrain from providing advice about listed sponsorship opportunities and will encourage sponsors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their sponsorship.
The affilCars will provide acknowledgments to sponsors.
The affilCars will respect the intent of the sponsor relating to particular car/deal selected and will restrict the use of sponsorship for that purpose only.
affilCars will use all proceeds from the sponsorship to purchase the stated vehicle, refurbish if needed, promote, and resell. affilCars will provide sponsors with detailed breakdowns and receipts of each transaction associated (purchase and resale).
affilCars will provide returns on sale as selected and stated in sponsorship.
